Student Handbook 2026 overview

This overview highlights the rules students use most often. Exact deadlines, forms, grade computations, exceptions, and approval authorities remain in the official Handbook and current College issuances.

Registration and course changes

  • A student is officially enrolled only after completing the College's registration requirements.
  • Adding, dropping, changing, shifting, cross-enrolling, taking leave, and returning to study require the prescribed approvals and deadlines.
  • Transfer credit is evaluated against the approved curriculum and supporting academic records.

Attendance, grades, and standing

Students must attend classes and complete approved assessments. The Handbook explains grading, incomplete grades, grade corrections, academic delinquency, program retention, honors, and graduation eligibility.

Academic integrity

Plagiarism, cheating, unauthorized assistance, fabrication, falsification, and misrepresentation of authorship are prohibited. This applies to conventional work and technology-assisted or AI-generated output.

Grievances and appeals

Academic concerns normally begin with informal resolution when safe and appropriate, followed by a written grievance to the Program Head or responsible office. Students receive notice and a reasonable opportunity to present evidence.
