Research work must observe academic integrity, accurate authorship, proper citation, ethical treatment of participants, data protection, and the approvals required by the College.
Extension programs are developed with communities and may address education, livelihood, entrepreneurship, environment, health and safety, culture, disaster response, and other identified needs.
Activities should respect local knowledge and culture, assess safety, document resources, protect personal data, and evaluate outcomes rather than treating communities as passive recipients.
