Requirements vary by applicant category. The Registrar and Admissions Office issues the official checklist for every admission period; that current checklist controls photograph specifications, labels, forms, and other administrative details.

Incomplete requirements
Provisional admission may be granted when allowed by law and College policy. The Registrar provides written notice of missing items and the submission deadline. Failure to comply may affect continued enrollment.
