Present a valid KNP ID, temporary ID, certificate of enrollment, or another authorized credential for regulated services. Library or LRC cards are personal and non-transferable.

Opening hours, loan periods, limits, fines, replacement charges, reservations, and external-user arrangements are published through the current Library Manual and posted schedules.

Users should maintain a setting suitable for reading, study, and research; care for resources and equipment; and follow borrowing, copyright, technology, and facility rules.
